Louis Breland, Founder and CEO of Breland Companies, has spent more than 50 years building communities and creating opportunities throughout the Southeast. What began with a vision for residential development has grown into a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, multifamily, hospitality, self-storage, and mixed-use development.
His hands-on leadership, market knowledge, and commitment to quality continue to guide Breland Companies today, with a focus on creating developments that serve both the people who live there and the communities around them.
